If We Are Late, We PayWe understand that our customers rely on the delivery date we promise them and sometimes their whole business depends on it.
In schedule-based delivery commitments that we make, we stand behind our schedule commitments by reducing the total cost by 2.5% for every week we're late past the promised date. If that doesn't work then we promise to make it up to the customer by providing more features, services or products at no charge that is agreeable to both of us.
One Year Warranty On Development WorkWe commit to fix any defects found in our software for one year after the release date at no cost to the customer.
We think that it is only fair that software development customers receive at least the same quality that electronics hardware customers receive today.
We believe that a competent software developer should stand behind their work by fixing any defects that are found later.
No-Offshoring PolicyAs a matter of corporate policy, we do not and will not outsource any work or software project to an offshore resource. All our software development work is based in Canada where WebNova is incorporated.
We believe that the perceived lower costs of offshoring are temporary in nature and will level off eventually, leaving a dead industry at home to come back to.
We also believe that short term cost savings are not the only determining factor and that there are other factors to consider when making strategic business decisions.
